Federal Judge Amy Berman Jackson almost made a decision
Judge Jackson didn’t order the Department of Justice to provide the second part of the memo about the Mueller Report penned by department lawyers to then-Attorney General William Barr. It argues that there was insufficient evidence to prosecute Donald Trump. The former President was supposed to be prosecuted for obstruction of justice.

A few weeks ago, the DOJ released the first part of the memo. The memo was originally written in March 2019. However, they have yet to release the second part.
