WATCH: Biden Whips Out Notes At Ice Cream Shop To Answer Question About Russia
Russia whipped Biden while eating his ice cream at Moomers Homemade Ice cream, Traverse City, Michigan. The event took place this Saturday.

While he was there, the president of the U.S was asked a question that forced him to look into his notes. It referred to recent reports about Russia-based hackers went after 1,000 U.S. businesses.
Weirdly, Biden answered ‘’sure’’ to such a question.
“With the most recent hack by the Russians,” someone said, ‘’Would you say this means….’’
“We’re not sure it was the Russians,” Biden interrupted him. “I got a brief as I was on the plane, that was why I was late getting off the plane, I got a brief and….”
Then, the president paid for his ice cream.
“I will be in better shape to talk about it,” he continued. “I will tell you what they sent me. Okay?”
“That, uh,” he said. “The idea… first of all, we’re not sure who it is for certain. Number one. And what I do, is that I directed the full resources of the, of the government to assist in the response, if we determine….”
“What else do you need?” Biden asked the ice cream attendants.
“Oh, nothing, you’re all set,” was the answer.
“Okay, and, um,” Biden continued. “Uh, the fact is that the director of the intelligence community, he gave me a deep dive on what’s happened. And I’ll know better tomorrow.”
“And if it is, uh, either, with the knowledge of, and or the consequence of, Russia, then I told Putin we will respond,” Biden added, clarifying that he hadn’t called Putin.
In Antrim County, he met Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer but skipped the trip to the National Cherry Festival. Instead of that visit, they stopped at the ice cream shop.
This trip was meant to increase the support for a bipartisan infrastructure package. However, the trip was a meet-and-greet campaign style.
