Another arrest took place
Police officers arrested Jonathan David Clark, from Kentucky, on Thursday afternoon. The 37-year-old was arrested across the street from the courthouse in Kenosha, Wisconsin. He was dressed all in black.

Clark is charged with possession of firearm within 1000 feet of a school.
Police officers searched Clark and one of them removed the bag that was strapped to his side. He also handed over a knife that Clark had on him.
This is the third arrest in 24 hours.
