A member of the Team USA Paintball was kicked out because of fat-shaming an overweight teen hospitalized with coronavirus.
Before you judge, she was right but explained it in a very wrong way! For 32 years, people have to know how to communicate without being rude! The woman is a professional fitness trainer, and she has to understand how to motivate people!
Also, we have to share that obesity is a severe problem, especially with the coronavirus pandemic. People have to know how to take proper care of their health, but our government offers pizza and donuts to get the vaccine.
Daily Mail reported that the trainer and the paintball player Jessica Maiolo was eliminated from the squad once she was accused of fat-shaming a teen individual hospitalized due to COVID. The trainer said he needs a ‘’f****** treadmill’’ more than the vaccine. The team stated they are suing the trainer after sharing the TikTok video where she insults David Espino, 17, a Florida High School football player.
The video was negatively accepted, and her statements were compared to a Hallmark Christmas Movie villain!
‘We try to respect every individual’s right to have opinions and express them personally.’ Reported Team USA Paintball.
After they announced the removal: ‘Our investigation into the troubling conduct of Ms. Maiolo has been concluded, and we have decided to remove her from the team indefinitely.’ Maiolo stated:
“What started out as me expressing my personal opinion about something I feel quite passionately about has turned into a moment of regret for the situation I have put my teammates, our sponsors, and the sport I love into,’ the statement reads.
If I were to have such a moment again to convey my full thoughts, I would choose my words more carefully and consider how my opinions may affect others.”
