Undercover Agents Were Working Capitol Rioters On January 6 According To Court Documents

This is bad…
Court fillings suggest that at least one undercover agent was working the groups that would show up at the Capitol on January 6. An affidavit filed in support of Fi Duong’s accusations reveal this information.

The Epoch Times reported that an alleged US Capitol protester talked to an undercover Washington police officer who contacted him to an undercover FBI agent.
The criminal complaint alleges, “On the morning of January 6, 2021, Fi Duong and an acquaintance of his (Associate 1) identified themselves to a Metropolitan Police Department Undercover Employee (MPD UCE) in the neighborhood of Freedom Plaza, Washington, D.C.”
“When Duong questioned the MPD UCE if he/she was a ‘patriot,’ the MPD UCE said yes and then asked Duong the same question. Duong retaliated by pretending to be a “operator.”
“Later that afternoon, the MPD UCE saw Duong kneeling by a marble fence on the West Terrace of the United States Capitol building, past the line of police officers and the construction scaffolding that were in place on January 6, 2021,” according to the statement. “On January 6, 2021, the place where Duong was seen was known to be within a prohibited zone. Duong and the MPD UCE exchanged hello but did not speak to each other further. Duong didn’t seem to be talking to anyone else.
The Bureau’s monitoring of Duong and a “Bible study” group that worked as a front group is listed in the criminal complaint filed by FBI special agent Jason Jankovitz.
IN the piece on Duong, the Washington Post mentioned that this is probably the first time an undercover FBI agent has been confirmed as meddling for extremists.
“Fi Duong, 27, appeared in court Friday and was released to home detention until trial, despite prosecutors’ requests for harsher terms,” according to the Post.
”According to the court record, he possessed multiple guns, including an AK-47, and the materials to produce 50 molotov cocktails at the time of his detention.
The case was made public Tuesday, and it was one of the first, if not the first, in which the government officially stated it had someone undercover to continue watching a Jan. 6 defendant.”
“During the same conversation, Duong allegedly stated that he was in Washington on Jan. 6 and that he was dressed in all black that day to imitate Antifa, a far-left, anarcho-communist network that has carried out violence in the United States,” according to WaPo.
“Multiple FBI agents were also involved in dealing with Duong and his associates, according to the criminal complaint.
The FBI undercover agent was added to an encrypted messaging platform chat room by Duong on Jan. 18, and the agent asked if he was “masked up in the Capitol,” according to the Epoch Times. “Yes, Duong replied, and he stated he was aware that people were being arrested within the Capitol. He later stated that he was “documenting” what happened in the building.”
The agent had a short meeting with Duong and other members of the organization for a Bible study in February. They also attended other meetings, including the one on June 9, as confirmed by to the Times. According to the undercover worker, “the group quickly began to surveil the Capitol.”
The FBI agent and Duong met with another undercover FBI agent at an old jail, where Duong allegedly intended to test Molotov cocktails he’d made.”
Duong told the undercover agent that his close family had two generations “running from communists.” The first one was in China and the later was in Vietnam.
“You simply have to stand up.”
This supports Tucker Carlson’s theory that undercover operatives and the Bureau worked together to infiltrate extremists ahead of the riots on January 6.
Well, pretty much every claim made by Carlson was confirmed.
Tucker properly stated in June, “The FBI had sources in that crowd, confidential sources, that’s 100 percent clear,” before adding, “But the government is snooping on more than just political protests.”
“We received word yesterday from a whistle-blower within the United States government who informed us that the NSA, or National Security Agency, is monitoring our electronic communications and plans to release them in an attempt to knock this show off the air,” he added. “That is a startling allegation, and we would normally be wary of it. It’s a felony. Things like that should not happen in America because we are not a third-world country.”
“But, regrettably, they do, and they did in this case,” Tucker added.
FI Duong wasn’t charged with crimes. However, he might get 20 years in prison for impending an official proceeding.
The Insider said that the 27-year-old was released to home detention after facing multiple counts related to the riots.
FBI agents didn’t do much to prevent extremists from attacking the building… Or not?
