The video statement referred to Iranian Lt. Gen. Qassem Soleimani’s assassination, “Solemimani’s murder and the one who ordered it will pay the ultimate price.”
Twitter’s spokesperson confirmed that the account had been permanently suspended because it broke the company’s ban evasion policy.
The website of Iran's SL Khamenei has chosen this animation as the best entry in a competition to mark the second anniversary of Soleimani's killing.

“Previous criticism has been leveled at the social media website for failing to suspend accounts linked to Iranian leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, who has used violent rhetoric against specific individuals and groups of people in the past while suspending or banning the accounts of prominent American politicians for reasons related to misinformation,” Wayne Dupree concluded.
