Shea revealed that the little girl and two other victims weren’t related to the shooting and there was no connection between the victims. A 23-year-old female tourist from Rhode Island and a 43-year-old woman from New Jersey were shot after the gunfire broke.
“It appears that all three are innocent bystanders,” Shea said.
Shea told reporters that they had “one person of interest,” adding that they seek for information. However, there is no evidence or connection in his case.
The gunfire broke between “two to four” people before 5 p.m.
We don’t have much info on the conditions of the three victims. Gunmen shot the toddler and the tourist in the leg. The 43-year-old was shot in the foot.
