The NY Governor is trying to save his reputation amid sexual harassment and nursing home scandals. Hollywood tells a different side of the story.
Chelsea Handler, Ellen DeGeneres and Cher led the Cuomosexual parade in 2020. Celebrities have yet to make comments on Cuomo’s scandals. One of his top aides revealed that the Cuomo administration withheld important data on nursing home death cases.
Hollywood also ignores the seven victims who accuse Cuomo of sexual misconduct. People are calling for the governor to resign. He is not bothered with any of that.
In November 2020, a group of celebrities joined in to praise Cuomo as he accepted his International Emmy Award for his COVID press conferences. Robert De Niro, Billy Joel, Ben Stiller, Rosie Perez, Billy Crystal, and Spike Lee did video messages to support Cuomo saying he sets “an example to the rest of the world.”
We haven’t heard much from Handler though. She did appear on Twitter a couple of days ago.
“I had a crush on Andrew Cuomo. Vs. I no longer have a crush on Andrew Cuomo.”
She wrote a letter in Vogue magazine last year, and yes, it was quite shocking.
Titled “Dear Andrew Cuomo, I Want To Be Your First Lady,” Handler’s letter was filled with praise for the Governor. She respects him for “being a leader at a time when so many of us were desperately looking for one.”
There’s also a video in which Handler declares her lust for the NY Governor.

“Getting ready for my boyfriend to come on TV,” she enthused. “I’m pretty hot for Andrew Cuomo, not going to lie about that… I mean, could Andrew Cuomo be any hotter?”
Ellen DeGeneres did something similar in an April episode of the show.
“Can I say that I am a Cuomosexual?” she said. “We know that that’s going around, that people are saying they’re Cuomosexuals?”
Cuomo replied: “Yeah, I think that’s a good thing.”
In April 2020, Cher tweeted, “I’m in love with Andrew Cuomo.”

Actress Jada Pinkett Smith said she had a crush on the governor in her Facebook Watch series.
“My celebrity crush right now is Governor [Andrew] Cuomo,” she reportedly said. “I don’t miss a press conference. When Cuomo’s on, I’m like ‘Got to go see my celebrity crush right now, sorry.’”
Comedian Sarah Silverman has similar feelings. She even told Handler that she got “competish.”

Comedy Central’s The Daily Show host Trevor Noah is also a Cuomosexual. He talked about this on the Ellen DeGeneres show in April, 2020.
Noah has already revised his thoughts on Cuomo. IN an episode of The Daily Show this month he said “right now things are looking pretty bad” for Cuomo.
“I’ll tell you, all those people who praised Cuomo so highly last year, those people really don’t look so smart now,” Noah said, and yes, he was referring to himself.
