‘‘Uh, I had my my title was like secretary of the department of revenue or something but but I was a tax collector. Of course, there’s a tax gab.’’ His speech continued.

The US has a voluntary system, and when the income tax was first imposed in America and its constitutionality was litigated, the lawmaker decided that we need to strike a balance between people’s privacy.
