Joe Biden’s threats didn’t sit well with Ron DeSantis

Republican Florida Governor Ron DeSantis issued a statement in response to Biden’s threats. According to him, these coronavirus threats ate “insane” and “totally unacceptable.”
“Florida Governor Ron DeSantis has rejected President Joe Biden’s warning that a new round of COVID-19 restrictions could be on the horizon if efforts to contain the virus fail, calling the prospect “insane.” Newsweek reported.
“Biden last night said that they may have to impose more lockdown-type policies in the future,” DeSantis said during a press conference. “I can tell ya, that ain’t happening in Florida. We are not going to let him lock down Florida. I know they talked about restricting travel of Floridians. That’s totally unacceptable, we’ve said that from the beginning.”
“To even contemplate doing any kind of lockdown, honestly it’s insane, so that’s not going to happen in the state of Florida,” he added. “We like the fact that people have been able to work here… so we’re going to continue doing what works, but under no circumstances would we entertain doing anything of the sort.”
Democrats won’t stop here. They still support the insane policies against us.
In his CNN interview, Biden’s chief medical advisor Dr. Anthony Fauci talked about vaccines and traveling. How can someone deny our right to travel even if we received the shots?
“We know from the Biden administration that they say it will make its decisions based on science. What’s the science behind not saying it’s safe for people who have been vaccinated, received two doses, to travel?” host John Berman started.
Fauci’s response lacked science. According to him, the CDC “is heading in that direction.” CDC Director Rochelle Walensky said fully vaccinated individuals could meet with their friends and families without masks.
“That was the first in a multi-step process that they are going to be rolling out,” Fauci said.
“They’re being careful, understandably. They want to get science. They want to get data. And then when you don’t have the data and you don’t have the actual evidence, then you’ve got to make a judgment call,” Fauci said as he admitted that there is no data saying flying while vaccinated isn’t safe.
“I think that’s what you’re going to be seeing in the next weeks … The first installation of this is what can vaccinated people do in the home setting? Obviously, the next one is going to be what you’re asking. What about travel? What about going out? … That’s all imminently going to be coming out,” he finished.
