Senator Paul is a doctor. He interrogated Levine, born as a Babyboy, but believes he is a woman.
American population, tradition, and culture are normalizing. So minors can receive hormones to avoid their biological development of the secondary sexual features.
The doctor took out a part of a study from The American College of Pediatricians. He did it to show that children can “face resolution by late adolescence if they aren’t exposed to medical intervention or social affirmation.”
“80 to 95 percent of pre-pubertal children with gender dysphoria will experience resolution by late adolescence if not exposed to medical intervention and social affirmation.”
The doctor openly asked Levine if he thinks that children can make the right decision regarding such a serious question as changing one’s sex.
To this straightforward question, Levin couldn’t give a direct answer. He said:
“Transgender medicine is a very complex and nuanced field with robust research and standards of care that have been developed.”
Because of this unspecified answer, Doctor Paul asked the officials to mark the witness’s refusal to answer.
Furthermore, Levin, until now, has experienced numerous critics regarding his actions as Secretary of Pennsylvania’s Department of Health.
In the middle of the pandemic he forced nursing homes in America to receive patients that are COVID-19 positive. Levin violated his position and moved his mother out of such facility to private care.
