“NO MORAL HIGH GROUND”; Don Lemon Melts Down And Equates ALL Trump Supporters To Capitol Mob

When someone fails to catch the attention of the majority, he needs to resort to things that are generally unacceptable, to scream, yell, make ironic jokes, offend, and twist the truth.
Don Lemon was a textbook case on Tuesday!
While his “show” ends in a preening, self-serving lecture and finger-wagging most of the time, this evening, he managed to lower the level of his performance even more!
Namely, he played a video of the Capitol riot commissioned by the House Democratic impeachment managers and commented that anyone who continues to support former President Donald Trump has no “moral high ground” to tell others to respect police officers.
After the clip ended, he said:
“Blue Lives Matter, huh? Law and order, law and order, respect the flags, respect law enforcement. “Why don’t you just comply? ”
After a dramatic pause, he continued the lecture:
“Don’t you dare even say that again if you can stand by after that video and give Donald Trump, of all people, Donald Trump…and his mob a pass. If you can do that, I don’t ever want to hear that again.
I don’t want to hear that from you. I don’t want to hear family values from you. I don’t want to hear respect police officers from you. I don’t want to hear it. No moral high ground to stand on. Look who is on your side there. There have been a lot of lies. We’ve been warning you about all the lies.”

After another dramatic pause, he said:
“Look who’s on your side there.”
Next, he paused AGAIN, and added:
“There have been a lot of lies. We’ve been warning you about all the lies.”
Lemon claimed that Trump “was a liar and is a liar” and that his “enablers” also told “lies” — and “even after the Capitol insurrection [they] tried to overturn the Electoral College vote.”
He argued:
“The problem with lies is that they fall apart. They always fall apart. The truth always comes out.”
But wait a minute.. isn’t this the same man who, along with network colleague Chris “Fredo” Cuomo, justified months and months of BLM riots?
Okay, we can understand his subjection, as leftists define rioting as ‘social justice’, but in the case of Trump supporters, rioting is ‘insurrection.’
Lemon and Cuomo justified all of the BLM violence directed towards police officers, even though hundreds of them were hurt during the confrontations.
Lemon has a right to take any political position he believes in, and this right is protected by our Constitution.
However, this hypocrite has no right to tell others what to believe and to exploit events just to push his political agenda.
