The shooter was portrayed as an aggressor and many compared him to a “school shooter” and even “a domestic terrorist.”

Fox News reported that Joy Reid from MSNBC called him a “vigilante.” Rep. Gwen Moore (D-Wisc.) used the term “white supremacist” during the discussion on CNN in March.

The Western Journal has a new report suggesting there was a video to support Rittenhouse’s claims.

Let’s not forget that even President Joe Biden said Rittenhouse probably had ties to “white supremacy” groups.

The analysis of another evidence validates some of the claims Rittenhouse made.

WBBM-TV reported that the drone footage from the tragic event shows a lot of details.

Here’s the chronology of events:

Rittenhouse was chased by Joseph Rosenbaum

Rosenbaum lunged toward the weapon Rittenhouse was holding

Rittenhouse shot Rosenbaum

28 seconds later, Rittenhouse was “running away and fell down”

While down, an unidentified man (referred to as “Jump Kick Man”) “was seen leaping toward Rittenhouse and kicking him in the face”

Rittenhouse fired two shots but did not hit that aggressor

Anthony Huber, who ABC7 depicted as a “man known for his love of skateboarding” and a “volunteer medic,” was shot while “apparently trying to wrest the gun away from Rittenhouse”

Gaige Grosskreutz approached Rittenhouse with his hands up and a pistol in his right hand. Rittenhouse fired and hit Grosskreutz in the arm when Grosskreutz lowered his hands and pointed his pistol toward Rittenhouse.

The defense is using the analysis of the video to substantiate Rittenhouse’s claim that he was not the aggressor, feared for his life, and fired his weapon in self-defense.

Wisconsin Right Now reported that the man who kicked Rittenhouse was identified as Maurice Freeland. The report suggests that Freeland is “a felon with long criminal history and an open domestic violence charge” against him.

Dan O’Donnell, a radio host on WISN AM, reported on Tuesday that Freeland was “…a 40-year-old Black male from Kenosha with an extensive criminal record who was at the time of the Rittenhouse shootings on probation following a conviction for domestic violence battery.”

He tweeted, “We have identified the mysterious Jump Kick Man who stomped on Kyle Rittenhouse as a career criminal who should have been in jail instead of part of the mob on the street the night of the shootings.”

Freeland has yet to be charged about the Rittenhouse case. He even offered to testify but requested immunity from his other cases. He is facing charges for drunk driving and domestic abuse. Prosecutors declined his offer and won’t use him as a witness in the case.

Prosecutors are also accused of many procedural errors and the defense filed a motion for a mistrial. Sources reveal that prosecutors knew the identity of the man who kicked Rittenhouse that night, but chose not to share the information.
