Nassau County police arrested Laura Russo, 54, for the horrible incident that took place at her Sea Cliff home.
The teenager left Russo’s house and called him right away. He called his mother right away.
The police arrested Russo and she was charged with unauthorized practice of a profession. She will have her hearing on January 21.
This is a rather unfortunate situation… This woman thinks she has the right to do whatever she wants.
