The unsigned order was issued with no comment. Justices denied an appeal from Judicial Watch.

The conservative legal group wanted to depose the former Secretary of State, Hillary’s aide Cheryl Mills, and other State Department employees over the use of Hillary’s email server.

The Federal Bureau of Investigation launched an investigation too, but they declined to charge the Democrat.

Hillary’s emails were a major topic in the 2016 presidential elections.

Judicial Watch president Tom Fitton released a statement accusing the Supreme Court of upholding a “double standard.”

“Hillary Clinton ignored the law but received special protection from both the courts and law enforcement,” he said. “For countless Americans, this double standard of justice has destroyed confidence in the fair administration of justice.”

“This case is Judicial Watch Inc. v. Clinton, No. 20-1051 in the Supreme Court of the United States.”
