He made a mistake, saying 350 million Americans took both vaccine doses, more than 100% of the US population.
“We have uh roughly 350 million people vaccinated in the United States and billions around the world,” Biden stated.

Later, Biden again noted that 350 million Americans are fully vaccinated.
“I said, well over… what’s the number again? I have to remind myself.. 350 million Americans have already been vaccinated,” Biden.

Biden talked about the number of vaccine doses, but his brain didn’t want to collaborate, and he couldn’t make a difference between fully vaccinated and doses.
One hundred sixty-six million Americans, 50% of the population, got both doses and are fully vaccinated.
