Melvin Everson, the former Georgia House Representative, is featured in the advertisement when he shares a message attacking the MLB over their collaboration with Dems against voter ID legislation. The majority of black Americans support those laws.

The Republican National Committee created a new advertisement to criticize the Democratic Party for their collaboration and support of the Major League Baseball and their efforts to have the ALL-STAR GAME transported out of Atlanta because of the state’s new voting integrity legislation.
Once Joe Biden’s leading Democrats released a campaign lobbying the league to avoid GA after the state enacted a bill with clear voting procedures, MLB rescheduled the game to Denver in April.
“It was supposed to be Atlanta’s night,” the narrator said. ‘’But we were robbed,” added GA Rev. Melvin Everson in the new advertisement.
“Democrats hijacked our All-Star Game to promote their polarizing political agenda. Politicians and companies lied, causing the most harm to black communities,” the reverend says. “Even though voter ID measures are supported by a majority of black voters.”
“It’s simply a game to Democrats. However, we were the ones who were duped,” he stated.
