Guess Which Country Finally Released A COVID-19 Campaign That Promotes Healthy Diet, Exercise & Sunlight Exposure
C-19 hysteria was the biggest wasted opportunity to improve global health. Analyzing the unhealthy policies given by the government was the best indicator that it was indeed a Plandemic.

The government pushed the opposite of a healthy diet, weekly exercise, sunlight exposure, limited stress, and proper sleep.
It started in 2020 with a psychotic campaign of fear, orders for isolation, social distancing, and eating junk food.
We can’t forget the masks that completely ruined the health of the people.
The government advised the people to have a nutritional diet, exercise, and consume vitamin D.

An overwhelming majority of people who have been hospitalized, needed a ventilator or died from Covid-19 have been overweight or obese, the CDC said in a new study Monday.
Among 148,494 adults who received a Covid-19 diagnosis during an emergency department or inpatient visit at 238 U.S. hospitals from March to December, 71,491 were hospitalized. Of those who were admitted, 27.8% were overweight and 50.2% were obese, according to the CDC report. Overweight is defined as having a body mass index of 25 or more, while obesity is defined as having a BMI of 30 or more.
The CDC said that 78% of the hospitalized people on ventilation or died struggled with obesity. But the government didn’t promote either one healthy diet and exercise to prevent obesity!
But the government told us not to leave the house and stay at home, keeping us safe from the virus.
Many people would have survived if they had sunlight exposure.

Study by Jain and colleagues found that prevalence of vitamin D deficiency among patients with severe COVID-19 manifestations treated in intensive care units was as high as 96.82%, in contrast to 32.96% in completely asymptomatic patients.17

People have to have healthy habits, eat healthily and exercise!

Imagine a consistent 2+ year public message encouraging people to get in better shape… There would have been no better time for it. And now that opportune moment is mostly gone.
But that would require government bureaucrats actually caring about your health.
