Eric and Lara shared Facebook’s warning message. According to them, it was a “slap in the face to 75 million Americans.

The Facebook representative reached out to the family after Lara announced her interview with the former President. Facebook warned them that the interview would be removed if shared on the platform.

“Content posted on Facebook and Instagram in the voice of President Trump is not currently allowed on our platforms (including new posts with President Trump speaking) and will be removed if posted, resulting in additional limitations on accounts that posted it.”

So, Facebook said that this restriction applies to all campaign accounts and “former surrogates” like Eric’s wife.

In January, Donald Trump was banned from Twitter, YouTube, Facebook, Snapchat, and other platforms.

Blacklisting Trump drew international condemnation. European leaders and the President of Mexico promise to discuss the topic of tech censorship at the international summit.

Governors of Texas, Florida, and other Republican states will soon implement measures to rein in the tech giants.
