Every time CNN has a town hall event for Dems, it is a previously staged and packaged event. CNN’s Donna Brazile gave Hillary the question for the event prior to her debate with Bernie Sanders.

In 2007, Hillary Clinton had a CNN audience full of Dems operatives. They stacked CNN’s anti-gun town hall in 2018, and also CNN was accused of scripting the questions.
However, nothing can stop CNN from previously arranging the event. That’s what happened tonight. CNN moved the audience to the first few rows to seem like many people came to see Biden stumble all over himself.
It is a joke!
