The Manhattan District Attorney is launching a criminal investigation into the Trump organization. The former President took notice of the latest events and took a shot at those who went after him.

“I just learned, thanks to leaks in the mainstream media, that after being under investigation since I first walked down the escalator five and a half years ago, including the fake Russia Russia Russia hoax, the two-year, $48 million Mueller Witch Hunt, Impeachment Hoax #1, Impeachment Hoax #2, and others, the Democrat New York Attorney General has ‘informed’ my organization that their ‘investigative’ work is complete.
He added, “There is nothing more unethical than an investigation in desperate pursuit of a crime.” “But, make no mistake, that is precisely what is taking place here. Even before she knew anything about me, the Attorney General of New York ran a campaign to prosecute Donald Trump. If elected, she said that she would investigate “every part” of my real estate dealings. She swore she’d sue me if I didn’t stop. She boasted on camera that she would be “a complete pain in the butt,” as she put it. “Just wait until I’m in the Attorney General’s office,” she said, adding, “‘I’ve got my sights on Trump Tower.”
“She also said that if elected, she will ‘join with law enforcement and other Attorney Generals around the country in removing this President from office,’ and that ‘it is critical that everybody understands that Donald Trump’s days are numbered.’ Both of these claims was made before the Attorney General had even been elected, before she had seen a shred of evidence.”
Trump said, “This is something that happens in failed third-world nations, not the United States.” “If you can run for a prosecutor’s office and be chosen by partisan voters who want to see your enemies punished.
“Similarly, the District Attorney’s office has been pursuing me for years based on a lying, discredited lowlife who was not listened to or granted credibility by other prosecutorial offices, and who was sentenced to three years in jail for lying and other unrelated events.”
“These investigations have also been ongoing for years, with Trump Organization members and associates being viciously targeted, abused, and intimidated in order to say something negative about the 45th President of the United States,” he said. “This would include fabricating false information. A large number of papers, all prepared by prestigious law and accounting firms, have been reviewed, as well as several hours of testing.
“At a time when crime is up high in New York City, shootings are up 97 percent, murders are up 45 percent, a pace not seen in 40 years, narcotics and criminals are flooding into our Country in record numbers from our now insecure Southern Border, and people are leaving New York for other much safer places to live,” h said. “However, the District Attorney and Attorney General are obsessed with undermining President Donald J. Trump’s political fortunes and the almost 75 million people who voted for him, the highest amount ever earned by a sitting President.
