Dr. Anthony Fauci is Biden’s top health adviser. He advises people that they should keep social distance despite the vaccination because of “the safety of society.”

The National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Disease Director, Dr. Anthony Fauci, gave his speech at the White House press briefing. This communication with the administration’s COVID-19 response team occurred through teleconference.

In the press briefing, a journalist questioned the messaging around vaccines.

The doctor said that we had imposed rules on how to behave after receiving the vaccine. People should continue to wear masks and keep a social distance.

Chris Megerian, Los Angeles Times’ journalist, asked the doctor will his comments lower the Americans’ enthusiasm regarding the vaccines?

To this question, Fauci said that even though people received the vaccine, they should not act normally because of the high coronavirus cases.

Until this week, 500,000 people died due to the COVID-19 infection. Throughout America, more than 28,206,600 people have been registered.
Maybe the number of daily infected people is declining, and we shouldn’t relax.

The doctor decisively confirmed that even if you receive a vaccine, you shouldn’t go to the theatres, indoor dining, or other places with more people.

“That’s because of the safety of society. You, yourself, what you can do when you are together with another person, we are looking at that, and we’re going to try and find out very quickly what recommendations could be made about what people can do,”

No one can confirm that the vaccinated person, even though protected from the disease’s symptoms, cannot transmit the virus to others. Because of this, people should be conscious, keep social distance, and wear masks.

Many people criticized Fauci because of his statements and mixed messages.

Before his Fox News statement, Fauci said that 80% of the American population must receive the vaccine to reach immunity. Now, Fox News recounted that Fauci now said 70% of the people should receive the vaccine to gain immunity.

“We don’t know what the real number is. I think the real range is somewhere between 70 to 90%. But, I’m not going to say 90%.”

In the middle of the pandemic, last year in August, Fauci thought that when 50-60% of the people receive the vaccine, the situation will be stable. A couple of months later, he said no one could know how effective the vaccine could be.

And in his presentation, the doctor said that people would stop wearing masks in 2022.
Dana Bash asked him could then vaccinated grandparents see their grandchildren?

To this, Fauci answered:

“We look at that, we look at the data, we look at what’s evolving about how many people are getting vaccinated, and there will be recommendations coming out; I don’t want to make a recommendation now on public TV.”

Below you can see the whole report of The Guardian:

”Israel is preparing itself to be split in half from next week, with the government creating a new privileged tier in society: the vaccinated.

Nearly 50% of the population who have chosen to be inoculated against Covid will be provided with a “green pass” a week after their second shot, as will those with presumed immunity after contracting the disease.

From Sunday, the pass will grant access to gyms, hotels, swimming pools, concerts, and places of worship. Restaurants and bars will be included from early March.

For the rest, including children under 16 who are not eligible for coronavirus shots, many of the activities shut down during the year-long crisis will remain off-limits, although some will be available if they provide a negative coronavirus test.”

Simultaneously, the U. S. experts disagree with Fauci’s opinion.

Dr. Rochelle Walensky, said that isolation isn’t necessary after a person receives both vaccine doses. Further recommendations for the guidance after vaccination will be published.
