BREAKING: Democrats Just Revealed Their Plans To Pack Supreme Court With Radical Justices

The Intercept shared some information.
“Congressional Democrats plan to unveil legislation expanding the size of the Supreme Court on Thursday, according to three congressional sources familiar with the closely held measure,”
“The bill would add four seats to the high court, bringing the total to 13, from the current 9,”
“The bill is led by House Judiciary Committee Chair Jerry Nadler, Subcommittee chair Hank Johnson, and freshman Rep. Mondaire Jones,”
“In the Senate, the bill is being championed by Ed Markey of Massachusetts.”
Joe Manchin, West Virginia Senator with Kyrsten Sinema, Arizona Senator, shared their disagreement with court-packing. Also, this would experience harsh critics and fierce opposition in the Senate.
A couple of months ago, Biden stated that he would form the commission on reforming the Supreme Court in October, following Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg’s death. Many people looked at this as an indication that Biden supports court-packing, even though he opposed it previously.
In 2005, Biden called the court-packing a ‘’power-grab.’’
At this point, Republicans appointed six justices, and three of them are from President Trump, and three are appointed by the Dems on the court right after Justice Ginsberg died.
The U.S. Constitution doesn’t share the number of Supreme Court Justices that should serve on the court. From 1889 so on were nine justices.
Before 1889, it often happened for Congress to change the number of SCJ to achieve partisan goals. Five SCOTUS justices under John Adams and ten judges under Abraham Lincoln.
The purpose of Biden’s executive order to form a study commission on ‘’reforming’’ the Supreme Court represented as political cover to pack it with radical justices.
