The third Capitol riot officer killed himself in 7 months.

CBS 58 shared that a DC police officer involved in the US Capitol insurrection committed suicide and shared the Metropolitan Police Department.

“Officer Gunther Hashida, assigned to the Emergency Response Team within the Special Operations Division, was found deceased in his residence on Thursday, July 29,” the spokesperson Kristen Metzger told CNN.

Hashida joined the police department in 2003 and responded to the Capitol on January 6.

“We are grieving as a Department, and our thoughts and prayers are with Officer Hashida’s family and friends,” Metzger said.

It is the third suicide in seven months for the police officers who took part in the event.

Metropolitan Police Officer Jeffrey Smith also responded to the insurrection and died of suicide.

One recent Senate report lists Smith and Liebenfood among people who lost their lives following the attack.
Jeffrey Smith, who is a 12-year veteran patrolman, committed suicide right after the Capitol event.

In seven months, we have three suicides! It is very odd.

If we had normal journalists, somebody would look into the event; something would be discovered. However, our media is corrupted, so that nothing can happen here.
