In the interview, Baldwin told ABC News that he will never ever be charged for the death.
Well, Santa Fe DA confirmed that charges are still on the table. There was also a warrant for his phone. What did Baldwin do? He took his family and left New York City.
On Christmas Eve, the actor posted a scary video, saying that they will never charge him. At the very end of the video, Baldwin wished people a happy Kwanza, Hanukkah, Merry Christmas, and a few other holidays.
